How to tell if it’s really Happy Curves

Before you buy, run through these four quick checks. If anything looks off, buy from one of the places listed above instead.

The real thing
  1. Check the website address

Look at the address at the top of your screen. Our real websites are the four listed above. If the address is spelled even a little differently, or the page calls itself an “official outlet,” it is not us.

  2. Be careful if the price looks too good

We almost never sell at a big discount. If a price is far lower than what you see on this website, the product is probably fake, or it is being sold by someone we don’t work with.

  3. Check who is selling it, not just what

On Amazon, look for the words “Sold by Happy Curves” near the Buy Now button. On TikTok Shop, make sure the shop name is Happy Curves. If a different name is selling it, it is not us.

  4. Look at the bottle when it arrives

Our bottle is pink, with the Happy Curves logo, the scent name, and “Made in USA” printed on the label. If the bottle is plain white, the printing is blurry, or the scent name is missing, it did not come from us. Please don’t use it, and reach out to us.

Here's what to do

If you think you bought a fake, or bought from a store we don’t work with, here is what to do.

  1. Stop using it if anything seems off

If the powder, the scent, or the bottle seems different from ours, please don’t use it. We can’t promise what’s inside a product we didn’t make.

  2. Ask for your money back

Amazon and TikTok Shop both refund fake products. Go to your order, choose the problem with it, and ask for a refund.

  3. Tell us about it

Every report helps us get fakes taken down faster. Use the form to send us the link, or just tell us where you saw it, and we’ll take it from there.

Report a fake or a suspicious seller

Tell us where you saw it and anything that seemed wrong. A link helps, but it isn’t required.

We only use your email to follow up on this report.

Good to know

Common questions

Still not sure about something you saw?

Ask us before you buy
Does your money-back guarantee cover Amazon, TikTok Shop and Walmart?

Yes, as long as you bought from one of the places listed on this page. If you bought from a seller we don’t work with, we can’t offer the guarantee or help with the product, because we can’t be sure what you were sold.

Do you sell on Temu, eBay, Etsy, AliExpress or Facebook Marketplace?

No. We don’t sell on any of those, and anything listed there is not from us, even if it uses our name and photos. Besides our own websites, Amazon, TikTok Shop and Walmart, a few small independent shops carry our products. If you’re not sure about a store, ask us before you buy.

Why is it cheaper somewhere else?

Usually because it isn’t our product, or because the seller is someone we don’t work with and there is no guarantee behind it. Our prices are the same everywhere we sell, and any real sale shows up on this website first.

Is Happy Curves at Walmart the real thing?

Yes. Walmart carries Happy Curves in many of its stores and on Walmart.com. Use our store finder to see which Walmart near you has it.

I think I bought a fake. What should I do?

Stop using it, ask the store you bought it from for a refund, and let us know using the form above. We’ll work on getting the fake taken down.

I own a store. Can I sell Happy Curves?

We’d love to hear from you. Send us a note through our contact page with your store details and our team will follow up.
